Our Beta Policy

Dear User,

Thank you for taking part in our beta testing for Glia. The purpose of this trial is to validate the effectiveness of an AI companion as a support system for everday challenges. To show our gratitude for participating in it, you will receive a free lifetime membership to Glia once the product is released.

AI Verification

During this trial phase, you will be interacting with a friendly chatbot. As the model of the chatbot is still being trained, each answer will be reviewed by a coach in emotional resiliency before being sent.

Data Privacy

Your data is being anonymized when you interact with Glia, meaning we don’t have any personal information on the user we are interacting with. Furthermore, no personal data is being collected in the process, we only look at the overall number of messages as well as the time spent interacting with Glia.

Emergency Situation

Glia is not a mental health crisis support system. While we help you build emotional resiliency, we are not a professional treatment service for mental health. If you’re experiencing severe mental health challenges, such as thoughts about self-harm, please get in touch with a professional as soon as possible.
